Return Policy
We want our customers to be completely satified with their purchases. If you do wish to return or exchange an item, you must first e-mail Moonlight Scrapbooks at returns@moonlightscrapbooks.com for a return authorization number and instructions. Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Items must be returned in their original packaging. They must be unopened and in unused, resellable condition. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment (less shipping charges) or a store credit. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please e-mail us at returns@moonlightscrapbooks.com for a return authorization number and instructions. Return shipping charges will be paid by Moonlight Scrapbooks if you have a damaged item. Damaged items will be replaced with a the same new item. If after receiving and using a product, it becomes defective, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to contact us for return instructions. If defective after 30 days, you must contact the manufacturer.

Sales Tax
A 7.0% sales tax will be charged to Illinois residents.

Backordered Items
We do not backorder items. Our shopping cart maintains a live inventory. If a product is out of stock after your order is placed, we will issue a credit in the original form of payment. Items are shipped within 24-48 hours after receipt of paid order.
